Job Title: Sales Manager in BFSI Sector
We are looking for a Sales Manager in BFSI Sector to lead a team that meets customers face-to-face and helps grow our business. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and daily support for the sales team in the field.

Your main duties:

• Guide and manage a team of field sales representatives
• Plan daily sales activities and area visits
• Support team members in reaching their targets
• Visit key clients and help close important sales
• Keep track of sales numbers and daily work updates
• Train new team members and improve team performance
• Solve problems in the field quickly and fairly
• Share reports and insights with company leadership

We want someone who:

• Has 2 to 7 years of experience in sales (team management experience preferred)
• Is confident in leading and motivating a team
• Communicates clearly with both team and customers
• Understands how to balance targets with team support
• Graduation is mandatory
• Locality is most important
