Role and Responsibilities:
We are hiring a Manager to lead a team that visits customers to sell our products. Your main role is to support your team, grow sales, and make sure customers are happy with our service.

• Manage and guide a field sales team
• Plan sales routes and customer visits
• Join the team on important customer meetings
• Help solve problems in the field
• Make sure sales targets are met
• Train team members on products and selling skills
• Check team performance and give reports
• Share market feedback with company leaders

Candidate Profile:
We want someone who is active, responsible, and good at working with a team. You should be confident, helpful, and enjoy talking to people.

• Graduate in any subject
• 2 or more years of experience in field sales
• Good speaking and people skills
• Must be ready to travel often
• Should know the local area and customer habits
• Own bike or vehicle required for travel
