Job Title: Sales Manager in BFSI sector
We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of outdoor salespeople. Your main goal is to help your team bring in more sales by visiting customers, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a team of field sales representatives
- Plan daily and weekly sales routes and customer visits
- Help the team find new customers and grow existing ones
- Support the team in closing deals when needed
- Train team members on products and sales techniques
- Monitor sales numbers and report progress to leadership
- Handle customer complaints or special requests
- Make sure your team follows company rules and targets
We are looking for someone who:
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, including team handling
- Enjoys traveling and meeting customers in person
- Is confident, responsible, and good at solving problems
- Can lead and motivate a small team
- Communicates clearly and listens well
- Holds a degree or diploma (12+3 Years)
