Job Description

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales executives to drive revenue through on-ground client acquisition, relationship management, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales executives.
  • Develop and implement field sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.’
  • Track sales metrics, pipeline progress, and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales
  • Team management skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Decision-making abilities
  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Ability to manage targets under pressure
