Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Identify opportunities in the location to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
– Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in accordance to the sales plan
– Build strategic partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, and TPAs to enhance indirect sales channels
– Planning in advance the actions which shall help in achieving the monthly sales quota
– Consistently exceeding or meeting sales quota every month
Qaulification:
– Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant core exp in B2B/B2C Sales exp in any field
– Proven understanding of direct/indirect sales processes and strategies.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to excel in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
