Sales Manager – Inside Sales

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Manager to lead our agency channel team. In this role, you will drive sales performance, manage a team of agents, and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the agency channel.
•Recruit, train, and mentor agents to optimize their performance and achieve sales targets.
•Monitor daily activities of agents and provide coaching to improve their sales techniques.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners.
•Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and activities.
•Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements
•A bachelor’s degree is preferable.
•1 to 5 years of experience in BFSI sales
•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
•Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
•Must be local.
