– We are looking for Sales manager for insurance sector ,who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

– Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals.

– Stay up-to-date with insurance policies and coverage options to effectively educate clients on available products.

– Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals, to expand your client base.

– Create sales strategies, action plans and budgets

– Guiding the company’s sales efforts and resolving complex insurance issues

– Research and develop new sales opportunities or new markets

Qualifications :

– Bachelor’s degree

– Must be local candidate

– Have bike and DL

– Leadership and communication skills

– 2+ years proven experience in sales representative role

Age : 25 to 39
