In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of life insurance agents within the agency channel. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and achieving ambitious targets
Responsibilities:
– Recruiting, onboarding, and training top-performing life insurance agents.
– Developing and implementing sales strategies and coaching agents to achieve individual and team goals.
– Monitoring agent performance and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with agency partners.
– Staying up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to ensure agents are well-equipped.
– Analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in any stream
– Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
– Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
