– Recruit, onboard, and train a team of insurance agents.
– Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to agents to enhance their performance.
– Set clear sales targets and performance goals for the team.
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
– Ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
Candidates Requirements :
– Graduation is Mandatory
– Age 22 to 38 years
– Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
