Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager – Insurance to lead our insurance sales operations. This role involves managing a team of advisors or agents, driving new business acquisition, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or direct sales agents.
• Drive sales of insurance products through multiple channels
• Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
• Conduct joint fieldwork and client meetings to support advisors and boost sales.
• Manage existing customer relationships and encourage policy renewals and cross-selling.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
