Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the insurance sales team. The role involves driving business growth, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of insurance sales agents.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Recruit, train, and motivate sales team members.
• Monitor team performance and ensure targets achieved
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
