– We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager for India’s Leading Insurance Company.

Job Roles and Duties :

– Build various sources of financial advisor hiring & build a team of agents & agent pipeline.

– Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring

– Provide advice to clients and recommend insurance products.

– Provide good customer service to maintain and retain customers.

– Expand customer base.

– Conduct learning and development sessions for the team at regular intervals

– Attending and participating in product training and conferences

– Taking note of the sales goals and achieving the same

Desired Candidates Profile :

– Any Graduation/Post Graduation

– 2 to 5 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing in any domain

– Age should be between 25 to 40 Years

– Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills

– Ability to teach and coach other team members

– Team Handling experience would be beneficial for us
