Job Type: Full-Time
CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Job Summary:
Looking for a Sales Manager to manage agency operations and increase life insurance business through on-ground activities. Ideal for candidates with strong sales drive and local knowledge. Preference to local area candidates.
Key Roles:
- Recruit, onboard and develop new agents
- Ensure daily field activity and business conversion
- Drive team towards monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Provide guidance and coaching to agents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Submit performance reports and forecasts
Eligibility:
- Minimum Graduate (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales
- Strong market presence and sales leadership skills
- Local language and network familiarity
