Job Title: Sales Manager – Life Insurance

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven sales manager to lead the life insurance sales process through direct and indirect channels. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Handling: Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or relationship managers.
• Business Development: Drive life insurance sales through direct and agency channels.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead Management: Generate and convert leads through cold calls, references, and field visits.
• Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategy.
• Reporting: Submit daily and weekly sales performance reports to the senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in insurance or BFSI sales
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage fieldwork and sales pressure
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Local area knowledge preferred
