Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing field sales executives or agents, and expanding business reach in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives/Field Officers
Monitor and improve sales performance metrics and KPIs
Ensure territory coverage through regular field visits
Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives
Conduct sales training, onboarding, and team development activities
Collaborate with channel partners and distributors
Submit accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust plans accordingly

Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of regional market dynamics in MP
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
