Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with strong field sales experience to lead a team of Sales Executives and drive business growth in Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales planning, team management, and target achievement in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives/Officers
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Conduct regular field visits to support team and monitor performance
- Hire, train, and mentor the sales team
- Identify new market opportunities and execute local sales campaigns
- Maintain healthy pipeline of prospects and track lead conversion
- Submit performance reports and participate in review meetings
- Ensure compliance with company processes and market ethics
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (mandatory)
- Prior experience in BFSI / FMCG / Telecom sector preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools is a plus
