Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a field sales team across MP region.
• Drive sales growth by achieving monthly & quarterly targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Build & maintain strong client and channel partner relationships.
• Provide regular performance reports and ensure team productivity.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any discipline),
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Field Sales (BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a sales team and deliver results.
• Willingness to travel extensively across MP.
