Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Conduct training sessions and motivate team members to improve sales skills.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a team to success.
