Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business from the open market through direct sales.
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives/agents.
- Guide the team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Meet customers directly and promote company products.
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share with management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate (any field).
- 2–6 years of experience in sales (insurance/BFSI preferred).
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation ability.
