Sales Manager – Outbound

Job Summary:
We are hiring a high-energy Outbound Sales Manager to lead and drive outbound calling teams to achieve sales targets. Ideal for candidates with strong leadership, communication, and sales closing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of outbound sales executives
• Drive outbound calling campaigns to acquire new customers
• Set and monitor daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Track team performance and provide timely feedback
• Ensure quality of pitches and compliance during calls
• Develop outbound scripts and conversion strategies
• Generate and submit sales reports to management

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in outbound telesales or field sales
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
