Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our Partner Channel operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of partner channel dynamics. This role involves recruiting and managing partners, driving sales targets, and ensuring the growth and development of the partner network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales & Marketing:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide necessary support to ensure productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
