We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager – RJ to oversee and scale our sales operations across the Rajasthan region.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead a regional sales team to meet growth targets.
- Build territory-specific strategies to boost market presence.
- Hire, coach, and retain top-performing sales talent.
- Conduct performance reviews and regular sales audits.
- Align regional strategies with overall company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management.
- Familiarity with Rajasthan’s market landscape is a plus.
- Bike and DL mandatory for regional travel.
