Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Regional-level sales manager overseeing performance, planning, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and manage regional sales goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance regularly.
  • Develop and execute area sales strategies.
  • Liaise with senior management on progress and KPIs.
  • Coach team leads and assist with high-profile clients.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team sales.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience required.
