Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote brand loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Food & Beverages industry.
- Graduation is needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
