Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and manage a team of field professionals
Guide the team to generate business through networking and references
Provide training, support, and motivation to ensure performance
Monitor team activity and ensure achievement of sales targets
Plan and execute strategies to increase market reach

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
Prior experience in team handling preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Local candidates with good market knowledge will be an advantage
