Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities:

 

· Manage a team and to achieve sales objectives.

· Ensure continuous hiring and onboarding of FSEs to maintain optimal team strength.

· Drive merchant acquisition targets and ensure consistent growth in the active merchant base.

· Monitor daily sales activities and ensure the team meets individual and collective targets.

· Provide training, coaching, and guidance  for better performance.

. Conduct regular market visits to understand business challenges and increase Paytm’s presence and visibility in the assigned market.

· Ensure proper customer service and address merchant queries and issues.

 

Requirement

 

– Min 1+ year of experience in Any Sales/Marketing

– Qualification- Graduation mandatory

– CTC- Up To 4.00 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit

– AGE : 21 to 38 Years
