Job Description
Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.
Roles:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and business pitches to promote company products/services.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and meet business development objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales or BFSI
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
- Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently.
