Job Description

– We are hiring for Sales profile from Pharma, FMCG, NBFC, insurance, Banking, Telecom sector

CTC : up to 4 LPA +other benefits

Location : Udaipur

Key Responsibilities : 

– Managing a team of advisors and business partners to achieve sales targets

– Generating leads from the open market to expand the customer base

– Recruiting potential financial advisors and leaders to increase the sales force

– Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

– Supporting customers to achieve their financial goals through proper guidance and advice

– Innovating new ideas and strategies to ensure consistent business flow

Key Requirements :

– Minimum graduation degree is mandatory for this role

– Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in any Sales and Marketing

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to manage a team and motivate them to achieve sales targets

– Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
