Job Description

Position: Sales Manager – Madhya Pradesh (Urgent Hiring)

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Sales / BFSI / Insurance / Banking / Finance sector
Qualification: Any Graduate or above
CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Benefits
Location: Across Madhya Pradesh (Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, , etc.)
Preference: Local candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of advisors/sales executives
• Drive sales targets through direct and channel business
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high retention
• Motivate team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of BFSI / Insurance / Financial Products
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
