Hiring: Sales Manager – Banking Sector
Location: Vadodara
Type: On-Roll | Full-Time
CTC: ₹2.39 – ₹3.50 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Sales Executives for CASA (Current & Savings Account) acquisition
• Drive field sales and meet business targets
• Train, guide, and monitor team performance
• Generate leads from open markets, local businesses, and referrals
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and customer service standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in banking or field sales (CASA experience preferred)
• Prior team handling experience is a plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be willing to work in field
