Drive the growth of our certified advisor network by leading recruitment, training, and performance strategies. You’ll focus on expanding reach, boosting sales, and maintaining high standards in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute plans to grow advisor-driven sales.
Recruit, onboard, and coach new advisors.
Provide product and sales training, including lead generation and client engagement techniques.
Build strong relationships with advisors and cross-functional teams.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
Track performance, deliver regular reports, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
Strong sales record with a focus on team-building and development.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
