- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer

- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 2+ Years in field Sales & marketing
- Two-Wheeler Required
