Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager responsible for generating new customers, increasing business sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. The candidate should be comfortable with field sales activities and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits and customer meetings.
• Acquire new customers and promote company products/services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer data.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation completed in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel for field work.
