Job Description

Job Summary:

The candidate is responsible for leading a team of insurance advisors or agents to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors or agents.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
