Job Description

To support and develop our Agency Channel, we intend to hire a resourceful and forward-thinking Sales Marketing Development.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance agent performance.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Find and hire amazing advisors and agents to create a strong sales network.
•  Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Accompany agents on field visits to guide and support their sales efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree compulsory
• 2+ years experience in field sales management
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
•  Two wheeler
•  Age: 21 to 38 years old
