Job Description

Field-based sales and customer acquisition.

Job Role:

• Sell life insurance products through direct field sales.
• Plan and execute micro-marketing campaigns.
• Identify and convert prospective leads into customers.
• Conduct product presentations and client meetings.
• Maintain regular contact for renewals and upselling.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 Year of sales or marketing experience.
• Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Willingness to work in a field-based role.
• Bike and valid driving license required.

Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA + incentives + benefits
