Responsibilities :
– Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
– Hire, train, c and advise a team of sales representative
– Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders
– Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
– Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
– On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Desired Candidate Profile :
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing
Age: Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 40 Years
