Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, promote insurance and financial products, and drive business growth. The role involves both field sales and marketing responsibilities to expand customer reach and build brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns in the assigned territory.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for cross-selling and renewals.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics.
• Support marketing efforts through promotional activities and local events.
• Collect market insights and share feedback with the sales team.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales/marketing (Insurance or BFSI preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
• Self-driven with a customer-centric approach
• Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel
• Knowledge of local market and customer behavior
