Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through direct customer interaction. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in the field, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking
• Meet potential customers and present company products/services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Required Candidate Profile:

• Graduation in any discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in field sales or direct sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
