Job Type: Full-Time

CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + High Incentives

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to lead agency recruitment and sales in the insurance sector. This is a field-focused role ideal for self-driven professionals. Local candidates will be prioritized.

Key Responsibility:

  • Recruit and activate agents for business generation
  • Work in field to support and train agents

Skills & Qualifications:
