Position: Sales and Marketing Manager

CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA

Job Role:

Drive field sales and marketing activities in the assigned region
Develop and manage client relationships to achieve business growth
Plan and execute strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Ensure effective team coordination and reporting

Requirements:

Graduate with 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing (BFSI preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Willing to travel locally as required
