Responsibilities:

• Make that newly hired agents have the abilities and information needed to succeed by recruiting, onboarding, and training them.

• Agents can reach their sales goals by being trained, mentored, and inspired.

• Contracts and prices should be negotiated with agencies to guarantee profitable collaborations.

• keeping abreast of changes in the sector.

• By efficiently prospecting and qualifying prospects, you may set and meet aggressive sales goals.

Requirements:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Pharma, Telecom, Real Estate, etc.

• Solid understanding of policies and products.

• Leadership and team management skills

• Graduation

• Local Candidate with Own Bike & DL
