WE ARE LOOKING FOR SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Locate and draw in elite advisors to build a strong advisory foundation.
Continuously impart training on goods, corporate policies, and sales techniques.
Help counselors with prospecting, lead generation, and business development.
Assure advisors provide clients with suitable financial solutions that adhere to pertinent corporate procedures and standards, drawing from needs analysis.
Achieve monthly business goals for recruiting agency advisors and new business development.
Verify that all corporate quality standards are met by the advisor team’s sales.
As the primary point of contact for clients, verify and authenticate their complaints with the appropriate authorities.
Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Requirements:

At least one year of sales experience in any business.
Education level: graduate.
Age: between 22 and 38 years.
Excellent communication skills as well as strong sales abilities.
