Job Description

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales growth and manage marketing strategies for our insurance products. This role will involve leading the sales team, implementing marketing campaigns, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in insurance).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
