Provide quotes, manage client records, and answer questions.
Suggest policy updates for existing clients.
Customize insurance packages to suit client needs.
Generate leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
Advise on risks and benefits of different policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Comfortable with client interactions, both in-person and phone.
Ability to customize policies based on client needs.
Knowledge of insurance types (life, general).
Preferred:
Field sales experience.
Friendly, goal-driven, and resilient.
Proven networking and relationship-building skills.
