Roles and Responsibilities
Training sales representatives within the territory on sales techniques and company products
Addressing customer concerns, providing solutions, and presenting products and services
Monitoring competition within the assigned region
Preparing and submitting reports to the Sales Director
Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Managing primary, secondary, and tertiary sales
CTC Upto : 4 LPA + On Roll Job + Other Benefits
Desired Candidate :
– Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
– Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
