Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit a team of Insurance Advisors in line with corporate objectives
Ensure and maintain productivity levels as set by the company
Focus on developing various business segments according to the sales strategy
Provide training to Insurance Advisors with support from the training team
Uphold the brand image while ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulations
Measures of Success:
Achievement of sales targets and retention goals
Monthly activation of Advisors
Qualifications / Experience:
Graduate/Post Graduate
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Local candidate with a strong network in the area
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills
Effective team-building capabilities
Knowledge of underwriting and operational processes
Ability to train and motivate a team
