About the Role

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager who will take the lead in planning and executing strategies to drive sales and promote brand growth. You will manage both direct sales efforts and marketing campaigns to reach business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and marketing plans
Lead a team of sales executives and support staff
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Build and manage client relationships
Achieve revenue goals through channel and direct sales
Plan promotional activities and lead generation efforts

Candidate Profile

Graduation in any stream (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
Experience in insurance, BFSI, or FMCG is a plus
Goal-driven and comfortable with team coordination
