Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales & Marketing Officer to drive business growth by generating leads, promoting products/services, and closing sales. The role requires both fieldwork and marketing strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain offerings to clients and convert inquiries into sales
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and roadshows
- Maintain client database and follow up for cross-selling and renewals
- Meet monthly sales targets and prepare reports for management
- Collaborate with the marketing team for digital/offline campaigns
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: 2+ years in sales and/or marketing (field experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM software
- Two-wheeler with valid license (for field roles)
