Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to drive business growth through field sales, marketing activities, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute local-level marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events
- Conduct product presentations and explain features & benefits to potential customers
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Maintain customer database and submit daily/weekly activity reports
- Handle client queries and follow-ups and provide after-sales service
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, documentation, and issue resolution
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus)
- Experience: 2+ years in Sales, Field Marketing, or related domains
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic understanding of market trends and customer behavior
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Other Requirements:
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred for field sales roles)
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and marketing events
